OBJECTIVES:
• Increase the quality of the total force by aggressively seeking qualified active and reserve Sailors in specific areas: Officer and Enlisted diversity, Medical officers, Chaplains, SEALs, Navy Special Warfare, Navy Special Operations, Special Warfare Combatant-Craft Crewmen, Explosive Ordnance Disposal, Diver, Hospital Corpsmen and Reserves.
• Smooth the flow of recruits into boot camp, and manage mentorship of applicants through both one-to-one training and online skills.
• Improve the return on recruiting investments.
RESULTS: Despite a highly competitive environment during wartime, recruitment goals were exceeded, and cost controls achieved.
